Early bird rates are available until 30 April 2026, with discounted pricing for those who secure their place in advance.

We also encourage teams to attend together. Group discounts are available when booking three or more attendees from the same organisation, supporting shared learning and alignment across your team.

Please note that places for the Masterclass Day are limited, and we recommend booking early to avoid missing out.

Waipuna Hotel & Conference Centre is conveniently located just 20 minutes from both Auckland Airport and the CBD, making travel to and from the venue straightforward for attendees.

Airport Transfers
There is no dedicated hotel shuttle service; however, taxis and rideshare services (e.g. Uber) are readily available from Auckland Airport and offer a direct and efficient transfer to the hotel.

Parking
Waipuna offers complimentary onsite parking, with over 400 free off-street car parks available for guests and day attendees - making it easy for those travelling by car.
